Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Refunds
If you have paid for an intensive course and that course is cancelled or postponed by Beacon Financial Training Ltd you will be eligible to attend that intensive course on a future date which will be scheduled by Beacon Financial Training Ltd.
If you decide you wish to cancel your booking having paid the course fee there are no refunds whatsoever unless 15 working days notice are given.
Furthermore, there are no refunds whatsoever, even if 15 working days notice has been given, where the delegate has been sent the training course materials in advance of the course.
Beacon Financial Training Ltd reserve the right to postpone a course by giving the delegate a minimum of 3 clear working days notice. For courses that start on a Monday the notice would have to be given by Tuesday.
Beacon Financial Training Ltd reserve the right to postpone a course no more than once for a particular delegate. If a delegate has the same course postponed more than once, then a full refund will be offered for the cost of that particular course.
For this purpose, postponement means put back to a later date. If a course is brought forward to an earlier date than originally planned, the delegate does not benefit from these rights.
There are no refunds whatsoever for any home study courses.
Re-Training
If you decide you would like to attend a training course again for an exam that you have failed, this is permitted at no extra charge for the training course. This only applies to all courses booked after September 2009. If you originally took your course before September 2009 and wish to re-sit the course then half the normal course price will be charged.
Re-sit Refunds
If the delegate was offered a re-sit refund, written evidence must be provided to show that the re-sit refund was in operation.
That being the case, a delegate is entitled to ONE re-sit refund ONLY in total. Therefore, if a delegate has failed a CeMAP or CeFA module, he may be entitled to a refund for that module.
However, he will not be entitled to a re-sit refund if he fails that module again nor for any other module that is failed.
Please note that written evidence must be provided of the failure and that once received the refund will be sent within 30 days.
No re-sit refunds will be applicable from 1 October 2009.
The re-sit guarantee only applies to intensive training courses and not home study courses OR courses paid for via the instalment option.
The terms and conditions apply to all bookings made.
