This could be an extremely beneficial area to diversify into. The vast majority of people in the UK have not actually made a Will, therefore, when you talk to a client about their mortgage requirements, you can also discuss Will provision at the same time.

Those clients who have not made a Will can benefit from your expertise not only as a mortgage adviser but also as a Will writer.

In order to be able to do this and benefit from this additional income stream, it is going to be necessary to learn how to do this.

We have specialist trainers who are experienced Will writers who will train you in all aspects of the skill.

The course will be a three day course and the cost will be £395.

Important Note

With the main mortgage market being a little tricky at the moment, it is important to find other areas to diversify into, that can supplement your revenue.

Will writing is a good area to think about.

Charges for writing a will can be from around £200 - £600 and there is not a huge amount of work involved once you have the training.
