Christmas gifts need not always be about the amount of money spent or how large the gift is, sometimes the gift of knowledge is enough in itself.
For those who are struggling with the current economic climate, it is important to ensure that you have the best mortgage deal you can get and often a mortgage advisor is the best place to get that advice.
However, many people feel much better if they understand some of what a mortgage advisor is trying to tell them and it makes every advisor’s job much easier if their clients can understand how the advisor is trying to help them. We have found there are a few calculators on the London & Country Mortgages website that are quite useful, including helping you work out payments, stamp duty figures and all sort of useful information.
