Mortgage Brain and 360 Dotnet join forces

Tech solution firm Mortgage Brain has confirmed a new link-up with 360 Dotnet, a platform that offers customer relationship management (CRM) services, with the aim of making mortgage application submissions easier.

What this connection between the two companies means is that mortgage advisors who are signed up to 360 Lifecycle will be able to access a brand-new platform for submitting applications created by Mortgage Brain. At the moment, there are more than 6,000 active users of 360 Lifecycle. They will be able to utilise one login for writing and submitting applications to a wide range of UK lenders.

It will involve completing just a single dynamic form, instead of the current process where advisors often have to key in the same data at several platforms to write, submit and then follow up on applications. More than 110 mortgage lenders will be available to them, from mainstream to specialist options.

In a quote for Mortgage Strategy, the chief executive at 360 Dotnet, Ozgur Unlu, stated that the company was focused on making sure advisors are able to find suitable loans for each of their clients.

He then said:

“Our dedication to embracing digital technology is evident through our ongoing investment in 360 Lifecycle and our partnership with Mortgage Brain.”

Unlu concluded by saying that mortgage advisors would find that it makes doing their jobs a lot easier and more efficient.

Anything that allows people with CeMAP training to spend more time helping clients directly and less on routine application tasks is likely to be seen as a positive development.
