Just Mortgages will be introducing a number of new packages covering digital marketing that have been designed to assist mortgage advisors in securing new clients.

These packages are set to be made available to advisors who are part of the Just Mortgages network, whether they are there as employees or on a self-employed basis. Included within the packages will be access to posts on social media sites and the marketing database of Just Mortgages, with advisors being able to customise them using their name or that of their business.

Beyond this basic package, there will also be a more detailed one that will provide each advisor that accesses it with a digital dashboard. The idea is that they can use this to develop their business presence on the internet, helping them to attract potential customers who are searching for mortgage advice online.

These dashboards can also be deployed for a number of other tasks, including keeping track of and analysing data related to their businesses and managing reviews of their work from existing clients.

Speaking to Mortgage Solutions, Just Mortgages financial services digital marketing head Jodie Andrews said:

“During the stamp duty holiday and the wave of clients rushing to purchase a property, understandably, lead generation may have slipped to the bottom of the priority pile.”

Andrews added that this was the time when advisors should be thinking about that again, and that the packages would help with selling themselves.

This is why many advisors follow CeMAP training by joining a mortgage network.
