Here at Beacon Financial, we use our own tailor made training materials. These materials have been written in house by our CeMAP training specialist Brendan O’Neill. Brendan has been delivering CeMAP training since 2004 when CeMAP became a compulsory element for mortgage advisors. Over the years, he has devised, developed, and amended these materials which are designed to make the learning more accessible for students. Our training materials have proven to be so effective, that other training companies often buy our materials for their own use.
Another important question that you need to ask when deciding on a CeMAP course provider is “how many other people will be on the course itself?”. This is a really important question, as larger classes pose the risk of reducing the one to one tuition time and support you may receive. Because of this, we believe the group size per course should be no more than 16. We limit our class sizes to this maximum to offer you the greatest chance of success in this course.
An area of concern when choosing to book a classroom course is their availability and whether the courses are guaranteed to run.
We guarantee that all of our courses will run, even you are the sole applicant.
If you attend one of our classroom or webinar courses and don’t pass the exams first time, you are welcome to come back again free of charge subject to our terms and conditions.
Our training is available at venues and locations which are accessible to our students. In order to ensure that our venues are accessible, all our venues will be accessible via the road network close to motorways and offer free parking.
If you book with us and are then unable to attend the course for whatever reason, we will allow you to transfer your booking to another course free of charge. We understand that circumstances, personal or work related, may get in the way and you need to transfer the course date.
Due to the fact that we deliver training for a number of companies in our area, many of these companies contact us in order to help meet their recruitment needs. Therefore, we have been able to offer anyone who books CeMAP training with us, a guaranteed interview with a firm looking to take on newly CeMAP qualified individuals. Starting salaries for these positions are around £29,000 plus bonuses on top.
