Advisor client rewards system introduced by Vaboo

March 20, 2025 by Heidi

Vaboo has announced the launch of a customer rewards system that is being targeted at mortgage advisors, with the aim of making their offering more appealing to the general public.

The company is claiming that this new system will make what advisors have to give to their clients more valuable. Vaboo is a website focused on customer rewards, and it moved into the property industry six years ago. Those advisors who choose to sign up to the system will be able to make the public aware of discounts and offers that they are providing, exclusively through Vaboo.

A number of major letting and estate agents have signed up to the Vaboo platform in recent times. They are using it to make special offers available, including ones with significantly reduced pricing. More than 200,000 people across the UK are benefiting from that, at a time when living costs have never been higher.

The system will have real advantages for advisors too. They will get live, customised data that tells them precisely what prospective clients need and want. They will also be given feedback on how happy former clients were with their services. Together, these could enable advisors to tailor their services more closely to each individual client.

Jonathan Stein, the CEO of Vaboo, told Financial Reporter that:

“We are excited to deliver our new service across the industry and help brokers and IFAs with customer nurture to deliver more revenue.”

This is something that many advisors with the CeMAP qualification will consider, as it is a highly competitive market.
