BrokerIQ launches customer engagement tool

August 14, 2024 by Brendan O'Neill

Technology provider BrokerIQ Solutions has announced that it is launching a brand new tool that is targeted at mortgage advisors, with the aim of helping them with customer engagement.

This tool has been given the name Your Advisor Here (YAH). It is connected to the official mobile app for Broker IQ Solutions, which lets advisors get a tailored app that they can link up with their platforms for customer engagement. The idea behind YAH is to replace existing products for customer relationship management that are now obsolete, as well as to make communications with customers easier.

Using it, advisors will be able to have every step of the journey with their customers automated. It will provide them with easy-to-access profiles of each individual customer and offer data about the advantages of particular mortgage products or protection policies. That will help advisors when it comes to the new Consumer Duty obligations.

Another key feature that YAH has is automated file uploading. This is designed to make getting the files needed for applications together and storing them much simpler. Furthermore, the tool features automated video communications, which helps advisors to conduct face-to-face interviews with their customers on a regular basis. The traceable chat feature lets them track each communication, as well as guaranteeing data security.

Joanne Cole from Broker IQ Solutions said to Mortgage Strategy that:

“With YAH, advisors can achieve instant deployment and seamless onboarding with minimal effort, revolutionising client interactions in minutes.”

This sounds like something that people with CeMAP mortgage advisor training will keen to adopt.
