Mortgage Advisors
The advisor network Mortgage Intelligence has announced that it has entered into a partnership with Air, a platform that offers services related to equity release.
There are around 500 advisors in the Mortgage Intelligence network. Thanks to this new link up, it will be able to make use of all of the resources and tech offered by Air. Among other things, the resource known as Air Sourcing will become available. This is designed to make searching for suitable equity release products for clients a simple and stress-free process for advisors.
It is not just those kinds of helpful everyday work resources that advisors will benefit from through this partnership, though. They will also be able to sign up for Air Academy. That offers CPD, educational tools and 10 modules that are accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).
Air has a public commitment to giving mortgage advisors everything they need to best serve their customers. It regularly upgrades both its education materials and tech to ensure that it meets this promise.
Mortgage Intelligence managing director John Cupis spoke to Mortgage Introducer after the partnership was announced. He stated that:
“Air’s addition as part of our new lifetime mortgage proposition represents a positive step forward in ensuring every customer finds a good outcome for their circumstances.”
An increasing number of mortgage advisors choose to pursue the CeRER qualification that is needed to provide equity release advice after they complete their CeMAP courses. That is because later life lending is a growth area of the market.
