Mortgage advisor app introduced by Air

April 24, 2025 by Brendan O'Neill

Air has announced the launch of a brand new support app for mortgage advisors, which is designed to help them stay on top of the latest developments within the equity release market.

This app is for mobile phone usage and will only be available to advisors who are members of Air Club. Among other things, it will offer them instant access to tools and data that enable them to keep track of the latest industry changes. There will be video content created by top professionals that features insights into the later life market, as well as guides to using the various services offered by Air.

Another important functionality the app will provide is real-time notifications of news like changes in rates and criteria. The podcast created by Air called Master Later Life Lending will also be featured within the app.

The lender has indicated that it will continue to work on the app too and make use of feedback to introduce upgrades in the future. It has already revealed some of the functions that it plans to add. These will include business volume monitoring and case tracking features.

Air CEO Will Hale told Mortgage Introducer that:

“At Air Club, our strategic focus is to equip advisors with the knowledge needed to deliver consistently good outcomes for customers and to support their commercial objectives.”

He added that this app was the latest move towards that goal.

Many advisors follow up their CeMAP course with the CeRER one, so they can get into the lucrative later life lending market.
