The mortgage broker Just Mortgages has announced that it has hired two new divisional sales directors to its team, who are set to be responsible for the Midlands and Middlesex.
Paul Kirkup is set to handle the first of those areas, while Jonathan Gili-Ross will be taking the reins of the latter. The most recent role held by Kirkup before joining Just Mortgages was at Westpac, where he worked in a number of senior positions over more than a decade. The last of those was national home lending head.
Other companies that he has been employed by within the industry include Santander, where he was a regional manager, and Barclays Bank, as a business development manager (BDM).
Prior to accepting his new job at Just Mortgages, Gili-Ross spent two years in charge of his own business called the Ramp Group. He was also a regional director for Connells Group for more than a decade.
Their new roles will see the pair in charge of bringing in more mortgage advisors to their regional branches, in addition to building up the number of self-employed advisors. They are also expected to assist advisors in delivering the best possible customer experience.
Just Mortgage CEO John Phillips told Mortgage Solutions that:
“With their broad expertise and experience, they will be a fantastic asset to our brokers, as well as great additions to our management team as the division continues to scale and move from strength to strength.”
