New green mortgage broker launches

July 24, 2025 by Brendan O'Neill

A brand new mortgage brokerage that will have a particular focus on green products has now launched, and all of its services are set to be handled digitally.

This brokerage has been given the name Lenderhive and it is connected to the Rosemount Financial Solutions network. The new company is an appointed representative of that network.

The purpose of Lenderhive is to help borrowers locate the mortgage that is most suitable for them, using the most up to date data. It will be particularly concentrated on green mortgage products though – which means ones that offer discounts for energy efficiency.

Another factor that is set to make this brokerage stand out is its all-digital processes. Every part of a mortgage application will be carried out online, without the need for document scanning or printing. Applicants will still have the option of talking to a human mortgage advisor if and when they need to though.

Once an application has been submitted, they will be able to track its progress using a digital dashboard. They will also receive email notifications each time something significant happens. Lenderhive is stating that its processes will make mortgage applications more transparent and easier for the public.

Ahmed Bawa from Rosemount Financial Solutions told Mortgage Strategy that:

“Lenderhive sets a new industry benchmark, combining innovative technology with consumer-centric service, and regulatory compliance.”

He went on to add that green mortgage products were going to be a growth area of the market.

This will be of interest to ambitious mortgage advisors who have the CeMAP qualification.
