Signature Property Finance has announced the recruitment of a new relationship manager who will be in charge of the North West region, with Pardeep Heera being the man who will take up the role.
Heera will bring a wealth of experience to the role, having spent his entire professional career working in financial services. Among the companies that he has been employed by in the past are Goldentree Financial Services, Evolution Money and Barclays Bank. He is also the holder of a degree in economics.
Signature’s Commercial Director, Mike Clifford, said that close relationships with advisors and customers were at the heart of the company’s success. He then added that this demanded good relationship managers throughout every region of the UK.
Clifford continued by saying that Heera was exactly the kind of person needed in that role. He concluded by pointing out that Signature had identified the North West as a region where there was room for growth. He said that Heera would help it to meet that target.
Heera himself told Financial Reporter that he was very excited to be joining the company. He added that he had long been aware of Signature, stating that:
“It is committed to being a relationship-led lender, which plays to my strengths perfectly. I want to get out and meet brokers and prospective clients to explain how Signature adopts a different approach to the deal.”
Appointments of this kind will ensure that demand for CeMAP courses in the North West remains high, because qualified advisors are guaranteed strong support.
