March 10, 2025 by Heidi

Specialist mortgage lender Pivot has announced the appointment of a new relationship manager, with Georgie Crocker being the woman who is set to take up this role.

Crocker will bring a great deal of experience to her job, having worked for years within the mortgage and finance sectors. She was previously employed by Cohort Capital, a lender that focuses on the bridging market. Crocker has also worked for Arc & Co, a firm that offers specialist financial advice. When she was at that company, she collaborated with introducers, investors and developers from every asset class.

Now that she has joined Pivot, her role will be to manage the lender’s relationships with both the public and mortgage advisors. She will also be expected to help in the development of deals.

Speaking after her appointment was announced; Crocker stated that she was thrilled to be working for a lender with the industry reputation of Pivot. She went on to add that it was a great opportunity for her, due to its commitment to meeting the needs of its clients and its comprehensive underwriting approach.

Andreas Yianni from Pivot told Financial Reporter that:

“Pivot is committed to ensuring our brokers and borrowers have a dedicated point of contact who has the expertise to guide them through the loan process and deliver optimal outcomes through outstanding communication.”

He then stated that it had built a relationship management team to achieve that.

Anyone who has the CeMAP mortgage advisor qualification will know that communication is essential to success, so will welcome this appointment.
