Sesame teams up with GBG and Mortgage Brain

June 24, 2021 by Brendan O'Neill

Mortgage lender Sesame Network has announced that it has integrated its services with security provider GBG and The Key customer relationship management (CRM) system created by Mortgage Brain.

This integration will make processes easier for mortgage advisors who are members of Sesame Network and save them time by giving them full access to The Key for carrying out electronic identity and verification checks, getting guidance on cases and storing client data. All of this data will now be automatically populated, so advisors do not need to repeatedly re-enter it, saving time and cutting the chances of mistakes being made.

Advisors who use the network will also be saved time and energy later in the applications process, as there will be less need to add and save files relevant to the case manually thanks to the integration with The Key.

Richard Howells, the Chief Operating Officer of Sesame Bankhall Group, told Mortgage Introducer that the network was delighted to link up with GBG and Mortgage Brain to make the experience for its advisors better and easier. He then went on to add:

“This is another example of our commitment to continuous improvement, which is helping our members to work more efficiently and provide their clients with the best possible service.”

Already, more than 18,000 identity and verification checks have been carried out using this new integrated service, making up over 70% of the total.

After completing CeMAP courses, many advisors look to join networks, as doing so gives them access to innovative technology like this.
