Mortgage Tool

Twenty7Tec buys Meet Parker

January 14, 2023 by Brendan O'Neill

Following on from its recent acquisition of the Broker Sense platform, Twenty7Tec has now announced the purchase of Meet Parker, a technology tool for improving online engagement.

The company bought it for a sum that has not been made public, but it is further indication that Twenty7Tec is serious about expansion. Meet Parker is widely used by mortgage advisors to help them keep hold of their clients, as well as for the cross-selling of protection policies and for turning potential leads into actual business.

It is an artificial intelligence tool that deploys these features to initially engage the public, before they are put through to a human advisor. This allows the tool to engage on the level of communication and promotion before letting a qualified advisor take over at the point where real expertise is required.

Twenty7Tec intends to bring Meet Parker and Broker Sense together, with all of the functions of the former also set to be integrated into its existing platform called Velocity. Mortgage advisors will have access to cutting-edge AI tech for generating new business and retaining those clients that they already have.

Twenty7Tec CEO James Tucker told Financial Reporter that:

“Our overriding ambition is to simplify, streamline and digitise financial services. Over the last eight years, we have seen the huge benefits that great technology brings to the advice market.”

He added that this was the latest step in that plan. There is no doubt that mortgage advisors are turning to technology from their CeMAP course training to their working lives after qualifying.
