Job Guarantee With CeMAP Qualification
Once you have passed your CeMAP exams, you will be a qualified mortgage advisor. However, before you can give advice, the next stage is to get your Competent Advisor Status (CAS).If you study your CeMAP with us at Beacon Financial Training, we can guarantee you an interview with a directly authorised firm who – subject to a fit and proper test, criminal record check, credit check, in other words, all the usual checks any mortgage advisor needs to pass – will work with you, take you on as a trainee mortgage advisor on a full time or sometimes even part time basis and they will guide you through to Competent Advisor Status.
What’s more, once you’ve reached Competent Advisor Status, they’ll refund you £600 providing you did your CeMAP training with us here at Beacon Financial Training.
This is an agreement we have with these firms because they know and trust the quality of our courses and the standard to which we train our delegates.
After that, it is up to you. You may wish to stay with this firm or you may wish to leave and set up your own mortgage brokerage. Warning – be aware that some firms promise you a ‘guaranteed job’ and you may find you are required to pay for further training or some sort of franchise fee. This is not one of those offers.
