Two new team members have joined the mortgage advisor support team at Principality Building Society, and they are set to provide targeted help to advisors in two different regions of the UK.
Jon Parry and Chris Jeacott are the latest additions to this team, with the former having worked within the financial services sector for eight years, while the latter has worked for L&C Mortgages in the past and was employed as an advisor by Principality BS before accepting his new role. Jeacott is set to provide assistance to advisors operating in the South East and London, with Parry doing the same for those based in West and South Wales.
Speaking after his appointment as the South East and London business development manager at Principality was announced, Jeacott stated that he was excited by the prospect of helping the building society’s advisors in those regions to find customers the right mortgage. He went on to add that having been an advisor himself would help him to know what kind of support was needed.
Principality Intermediaries national account manager Helen Lewis told Financial Reporter that:
“We’re delighted to welcome both Chris and Jon to the intermediary team. Both Chris and Jon bring with them sound knowledge of the mortgage market and Principality proposition, allowing them to support brokers in the best possible way.”
The advisors who have gone through the necessary CeMAP training courses and are now working for Principality in those two regions will likely welcome the news of this additional support.
