Connect Mortgages embraces FastSubmit

Connect Mortgages has embraced the FastSubmit solution created by Instamo, with the intention of cutting back on the amount of work involved in application submission.
As a result of this partnership, mortgage advisors who are part of the Connect network will be able to access FastSubmit when they are ready to send completed applications. They can put a PDF fact find into this solution and FastSubmit will then take out the necessary information and deliver it to the online portals of mortgage lenders. The aim is to ensure advisors do not have to spend valuable time inputting the same information to several different systems.
Instamo has promoted its solution as a complement to online lender portals, not as a replacement for them. The company has pointed out that lenders still receive applications submitted using FastSubmit in the same way, but it makes the process quicker and easier for advisors.
Freddie Savundra is the founder of Instamo. He spoke to Mortgage Strategy after the collaboration was announced. Savundra said that Instamo was thrilled to team up with Connect Mortgages.
He then continued by saying:
“Their commitment to improving advisor efficiency and reducing unnecessary administration aligns perfectly with what FastSubmit was built to deliver.”
The chief executive of Connect Mortgages, Liz Syms, stated the Instamo had identified a real need among mortgage advisors and had produced the solution to meet that need.
One reason why many advisors choose to follow up their CeMAP training courses by joining networks is so they can get access to the latest time-saving technologies.
