Mortgage Brain Affordability Hub attracts thousands of advisors

August 26, 2020 by Mark

The Affordability Hub system for checking mortgage prices has proven to be a big hit with advisors since it was launched by Mortgage Brain this spring, with £10 billion worth of searches having been made.

This hub enables mortgage advisors to quickly trace products that will suit the financial situations of their clients, using the results provided by the affordability calculators from lenders on the Mortgage Brain system. These include the likes of Openwork, John Charcol, Fluent Mortgages and Countrywide – with many freelance mortgage advisors also signed up.

Any individual or company that has signed up to the Criteria Hub system for sourcing mortgage products, based on criteria that was set up by Mortgage Brain, also gets access to the Affordability Hub. Those who are signed up to Mortgage Brain Anywhere or Classic are set to get access later in the year, when it is rolled out more widely.

Speaking to Mortgage Introducer, Mortgage Brain https://www.beaconfinancialtraining.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/cemap-online-and-classroom-training-uk.jpgeting and Sales Director, Neil Wyatt, said that it was designed to make product searches more efficient for advisors, while also allowing a complete audit trail, adding:

“The fact that so many advisors, large and small, are already making it an integral part of their sourcing process demonstrates the difference it is already making to advisors’ workloads and their businesses.”

Searching for products that fit the pricing and criteria needs of clients can be arduous, so it is not surprising that many advisors with CeMAP training are embracing this.
