New area director for Broker Conveyancing

July 16, 2024 by Heidi

Broker Conveyancing has confirmed the recruitment of a new area director who will be in charge of Essex and East Anglia.

This company works in partnership with conveyancing firms across the UK. It provides a platform through which the general public and mortgage advisors can access conveyancing services. It has experienced a growth in the numbers of people seeking to make use of those services in recent times and is looking to boost its available resources to cope with that.

Steve Johnson will be joining the firm having worked within the mortgage industry for more than two decades. His previous role was with Aldermore Bank, where he worked as one of its relationship managers. During his career, he has also been employed by the likes of Norwich & Peterborough Building Society, Skipton BS and Bluestone Mortgages.

His primary task at Broker Conveyancing will be to assist those who are already signed up to the platform. However, he is also expected to help bring more mortgage advisors to it over the coming years.

According to Mortgage Introducer, the company chief executive Mark Tosetti stated that:

“We are very pleased to be announcing Steve’s appointment as area director, especially given his vast experience in a variety of business development roles, his understanding of the advice space, and his wealth of contacts across the region.”

Even those who have passed their CeMAP training need the best support to be able to grow their businesses, given the volatile mortgage market at the moment.
