Intra Private Finance has announced that it will be opening up a brand-new mortgage brokerage in Hampshire during March, which will meet the needs of people in Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey.
The London-based broker has teamed up with White & Guard, an estate agency from Hampshire, to set up this new brokerage. It will be called SWG Mortgages, and it is set to provide mortgage loans across the whole of the market, with its leads being provided by White & Guard on an exclusive basis.
As well as making it easier for people in the three counties it will cover to secure loans, this new brokerage is also set to create job opportunities for advisors, as 10 of them will be brought in to work there, with six having already been recruited. The other four advisor vacancies remain open – with these likely to be filled during the upcoming three months.
Speaking to FT Advisor about the launch, Intra Private Finance Managing Director, Bulent Kandemir, said:
“We have been planning to have a presence in the London-Dorset corridor for some time. However, finding the right partnership is not so straightforward. With White & Guard we found a local partner with great pedigree.”
Kandemir went on to add that it was likely that the number of advisors employed by the brokerage would increase, but that it wanted to keep an eye on the state of the market at first.
Many advisors who have completed CeMAP training courses will see this as a great career move.
