Norton Broker Services joins Scroll Finance lender panel

May 6, 2026 by Brendan O'Neill

Norton Broker Services has become the latest company to join the lender panel for Scroll Finance, which will make further products available to its mortgage advisors.

Those advisors who work with the company will now be able to access the full range of products offered by Scroll Finance. Given that its range is made up of specialist mortgages, this is particularly welcome news for these advisors in the current economic climate. Demand for specialist lending has been rising for some time, and the economic shocks of recent years have increased the number of customers with complex finances.

Lisa Muscroft is employed by Norton Broker Services in the role of head of loan broking. She stated the company was very pleased to have joined the lender panel. She then added that Scroll Finance had the same dedication to providing the flexibility needed by borrowers in the specialist mortgage space.

Her warm words were echoed by John Webb, who is the head of lending at Scroll Finance. He told Mortgage Finance Gazette that the firm was delighted by Norton Broker Service’s decision.

Webb then went on to add:

“Norton has built a strong reputation in specialist finance and is a valued partner for intermediaries, so this is an important step for us as we expand distribution.”

The link-up takes effect immediately, so advisors will not have to wait to gain access to the Scroll product range.

This could be invaluable for advisors with the CeMAP qualification who are connected to Norton, because so many people need specialist loans now.
