Women’s Leadership Summit planned by TRM

September 6, 2026 by Brendan O'Neill

The Right Mortgage and Protection Network (TRM) is set to host its first Women’s Leadership Summit next month.

This event will be open to senior figures from mortgage lenders, advisors, and women who run their own companies. It will be a combination of a conference and a networking event, with guest speakers and opportunities to make professional connections. A number of high-ranking women from within the mortgage sector have been confirmed to give speeches on the day.

Among them are the Lloyds Banking Group national account manager Tina Cooper; the AMI chief executive Stephanie Charman; and the Legal & General Mortgage Club director Clare Beardmore. The venue for the event will be Nuthurst Grange Hotel, which is in Solihull.

In addition to those keynote speakers, there will be speeches from leaders at TRM and some of the mortgage advisors who are members of it. The speeches are just the start of what this event has to offer though.

Attendees will also be able to take part in workshops and watch discussion panels on subjects like business growth, leadership, and confidence building.

Nicola Ventrella is the operations director at TRM. She was quoted by Mortgage Strategy as saying:

“We have so many successful women across our network – running their own businesses, advising clients, leading teams and building brilliant businesses – and it’s important we create opportunities for them to come together, share their experiences and support each other.”

It will take place on September 9th.

This kind of event is why so many people join networks after completing CeMAP mortgage advisor training.
