Mortgage Advisor

Advisor to client online chat service launched by Mortgage Magic

October 14, 2022 by Brendan O'Neill

Mortgage Magic has announced the introduction of a new digital chat service that is designed to enable advisors to get in touch with their clients quickly via the Mortgage Magic platform.

The digital mortgage provider is indicating that its system for customer relationship management (CRM) can be used to set up one of these chat groups on the platform. Administrators who are handling ongoing applications can be included in the group chat alongside the advisor and his or her client so that lines of communication remain strong during both the advisory and application stages of the process.

The Mortgage Magic platform is based within the cloud and has tools for dealing with everything from verifying identities to the storing of files and CRM. Advisors can utilise it to deal with sourcing and conveyancing, as well as handling protection issues for their clients.

Tanjir Sugar, the director for Mortgage Magic, told Mortgage Strategy that the company was constantly seeking to make its platform better, with the aim of creating a one-stop-shop for advisors.

He then went on to say that:

“Online chat can provide a quick and easy way to deal with enquiries throughout the advice and application process and by including mortgage administrators as well as advisors; Mortgage Magic makes sure that everyone is kept in the loop.”

From using an online CeMAP training company to get the qualifications they need onwards, the new generation of mortgage advisors is increasingly looking to technology for tools that save them time and labour.
