Broker Conveyancing has announced the recruitment of a new area director, who will be responsible for handling the North West region of the UK. Charlotte Felton is the successful candidate that accepted this role.
Felton is beginning in her new position straight away and will be the fifth area director recruited by the company, which is headquartered in Woking. She will be charged with helping individual mortgage advisors and companies as they seek to improve the amount of conveyancing advice business they secure.
Felton will bring plenty of experience with her to the role. She has worked within the legal services industry for more than 10 years. The position that she held prior to joining Broker Conveyancing was as the business relationship and development manager for O’Neill Patient Solicitors. Other roles that she has held in the past include business development and property services head at Manners Pimblett Solicitors.
Broker Conveyancing has indicated that this is the first of a number of new hires that it will make this year. Speaking to Mortgage Solutions, its chief executive officer Mark Snape said that the company was delighted to have her on board, adding:
“We’ve been aware of her work for some time and she will already be very well known to advisory firms based in the North West.”
He then stated that she would assist people in using Broker Conveyancing to find what they need.
The demand for CeMAP classes in Manchester and other parts of the North West is high, with many advisors set to benefit from this necessary qualification before going on to working for companies such as Broker Conveyancing.
