Link-ups with brokers announced by MPowered

July 20, 2022 by Mark

MPowered Mortgages has announced that it will be linking up with several of the UK’s top broker companies, as it seeks to raise its profile within the prime residential mortgage market.

Among the companies that the lender will be teaming up with are SPF Private Clients, LDN Finance and Alexander Hall. What this means is that mortgage advisors who work for any of these companies will be able to access the full range of residential mortgage loans currently offered by MPowered on behalf of their clients. These advisors already have access to its specialist buy-to-let products.

MPowered has built a name for itself within the lending market for its deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) to make the applications process smoother for advisors and the general public. Among the products that those advisors can now explore for their clients are fixed rate loans with 10, 7, 5 and 2-year terms of repayment.

In announcing the news, the lender stated that it was part of its strategy for improving its position within the prime residential section of the market through increasing the number of people who can access those loans.

Its distribution director Emma Hollingworth told Mortgage Solutions that the company was very happy to be working with these brokers, before going on to add:

“At MPowered Mortgages, we remain dedicated to revolutionising the mortgage process for brokers and customers alike.”

Advisors are already seeing their work revolutionised by technology, as even the CeMAP course they need to complete to become advisors is often now studied online.
