MAE London now open for registrations

The Mortgage Advisor Event (MAE) London is scheduled to return this spring. Both employed and freelance intermediaries are being encouraged to register for it.

This annual event can be attended at no cost, with even car parking available free at the site. It is being put together by Barcadia Media, which is the parent firm of the Financial Reporter website, and this will be the third year that it has been held. Previous MAE London events have proven to be a big success, as did the one in Glasgow that took place earlier in the year.

More than 50 different exhibitors will have displays, including a number of major lenders as well as other key figures from the mortgage sector. In addition to that, there will be educational theatres that will provide advisors with useful guidance on subjects like fraud in the sector and Consumer Duty regulations, plus over four hours of continuous professional development (CPD) time.

Any intermediaries who choose to attend the event will have the chance to go to a special networking session following the conclusion of the main exhibition too. Speaking to Financial Reporter, Laura Calcroft, the founder of MAE, stated that:

“With a focus on future-centric practices, cutting edge products and technology and the latest industry trends, MAE London will be the stand-out mortgage advisor event of 2023.”

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 24 at Tobacco Dock.

Most advisors who have CeMAP training will be keen to benefit from the CPD and networking that are on offer at this event.
