Finova Payment and Mortgage Services has announced that Molo is the latest mortgage lender that will be joining its lending panel, increasing access to its product range.
The decision by Molo to join the lending panel means that the 450 advisors who work for Finova will now be able to make use of the wide range of products that the online lender provides. The digitally based service offered by Molo also guarantees advisors decisions in principle for mortgage applications within minutes of them being submitted, as the whole thing takes place over the internet.
The slate of loans that Molo provides include buy-to-let ones that come with loan-to-value (LTV) of 80% maximum, on top of five and two-year fixed remortgage loans at differing rates. The digital lender is also noted for processing applications and providing a decision on them very quickly.
In signing up to the Finova panel, it joins more than 80 other mortgage lenders. These range from the big high street lenders to smaller providers of specialist mortgages.
Speaking to Mortgage Solutions, Sasha Sprake from Finova Connect said:
“Customer choice is our foremost priority and the addition of Molo will ensure our members can offer an efficient and fully digital service to its customers through the platform.”
She added that consumers in 2023 expect to be able to achieve things they want online with minimal fuss, including mortgages, and that the Molo platform offers that.
Finova advisors with CeMAP training will welcome the ease and speed offered by the Molo platform and so will their clients.
