Mortgage Brain launching new online training classes

January 14, 2022 by Brendan O'Neill

Mortgage Brain has announced that it will be providing a further Criteria Masterclass training session, which will be called ‘Where home matters to everyone’ and will deal with complicated mortgage applications.

The class will be provided as a webinar, and the industry tech firm is teaming up with Principality Intermediaries for it. Any mortgage advisors who have signed up to Mortgage Brain’s criteria searching tool Criteria Brain will be able to access the class, which will cover topics such as applications involving joint borrowers and sole proprietors, as well as mortgages for self-employed people.

Speaking to Mortgage Introducer, the Mortgage Brain marketing and sales director Neil Wyatt said that the previous sessions provided via the Criteria Masterclass had been a real hit, showing that advisors were eager to keep abreast of developments within the industry. He then went on to say that:

“With increasing numbers of prospective borrowers now classed as having complex circumstances, I’m certain that there will be strong demand from advisors to attend our next session on 19th January.”

This was supported by The Mortgage Lender national account manager Louise Apollonio, who stated that earlier classes in the series had attracted lots of advisors and brought high levels of interaction between them and lenders, making them events well worth mortgage lenders being a part of.

After completing the CeMAP qualification necessary for the job, most mortgage advisors who want their businesses to prosper carry on with continuous professional development, such as these classes from Mortgage Brain.
