MPowered Mortgages has confirmed that it is introducing a brand-new channel on the communications platform WhatsApp that will supply mortgage advisors with updates on products.
Mortgage advisors will be able to gain access to this channel if they contact support teams and make an application. Those support workers will be the ones posting updates about the product range offered by MPowered on the channel and it is likely to be an invaluable time-saving tool for busy advisors.
Speaking to Mortgage Introducer, the sales director for MPowered Matt Surridge stated that the company was always on the lookout for opportunities to make the experience of advisors better.
He then went on to add that:
“Expanding our communication channels and going to where brokers are is an important step that supports brokers with their day-to-day. Ultimately, we want to help brokers do the best job possible for their customers.”
This channel is the latest in a number of new solutions launched by MPowered. It has also brought in a chat-bot that is powered by the ChatGPT artificial intelligence tech called CriteriaGPT. This solution provides answers to questions about mortgage product criteria that are inputted by advisors.
Then, there is the Marketing Assist solution to help advisors sell their services to both current and new customers. It develops promotional content that is designed to assist with that marketing work.
Clearly, MPowered is highly committed to helping advisors with the CeMAP qualification improve their customer service and grow their businesses.
