New app released by Mortgage Magic

August 28, 2021 by Brendan O'Neill

The digital platform Mortgage Magic has released a brand-new app that is intended to enable those advisors who subscribe to it to communicate privately with their clients.

This app will work on tablets and mobiles with both the Android and iOS operating systems. It is designed to enable advisors and clients to engage in conversations about ongoing mortgage applications at any time of the day or night. In addition to this, clients will be able to use it to actually fill out their applications, as well as to upload any documents their advisor needs to support the application.

The app will also supply both advisors and their customers with up-to-the-minute information about how the application is progressing. Although it will only be accessible to advisors that are signed up to the Mortgage Magic platform, they will be able to sign their clients up to it at no cost to them.

Speaking to Financial Reporter, the platform’s CEO, Tanjir Sugar, said that the app would make the job of completing applications for mortgages that bit easier for advisors. He also pointed out that it would enhance their communications with clients at every stage of the process, before adding:

“Our proposition continues to evolve, and the new app is just one more example of our ability to tailor our technology to meet the needs of today’s intermediary market.”

One of the reasons why many advisors sign up to networks after CeMAP training is so that they can get access to these kinds of time-saving solutions.
