Precise Mortgages announces new name and website

Precise Mortgages has announced that it will henceforth be known by the shortened name Precise, and it has also revamped its websites for both consumers and mortgage advisors as part of the rebrand.
In the case of the advisor website, the changes amount to a complete redesign. Precise has stated that the new-look version will come with improved features, including a solution that will provide advisors with rapid answers to queries.
The move to change the branding comes in the wake of OSB Group, which owns Precise, setting up a new portal for online registrations during February. That portal allows mortgage advisors to set up accounts with all three of the company’s main brands – Precise, InterBay and KRFI – through a single registration.
After the rebrand was announced, Jon Hall from OSB Group stated to Financial Reporter that there was far more to it than simply a new promotional campaign or logo. Instead it was about reconsidering every aspect of what the company is about.
He then added:
“We involved our broker partners from the outset to ensure their industry frustrations and concerns were addressed and incorporated. The website has been through rigorous broker testing at every stage to ensure we stayed on the right path.”
Hall finished by saying that relevant people from within the company had worked alongside advisors in the design and testing of the revamped website.
It is good that more companies are consulting with those who have the CeMAP mortgage advisor qualification before designing resources that advisors will have to use.
