System upgrade announced by Mortgage Magic

The digital platform Mortgage Magic has announced the launch of an upgraded version of its business and customer relationship management (CRM) system, less than a year after the initial system debuted.
The Mortgage Magic platform for finding and completing loans was created by mortgage advisors, who then worked with cutting-edge tech developers in Silicon Valley on the business management and CRM system. The first version of this had its launch at the start of the year, but now the platform has replaced it with an upgrade that promises a number of improvements for users.
Among these are tracking for ongoing mortgage applications built into the system, digital identity verification and secure file storage that complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It will also now be possible to integrate it with the mortgage search platform from Twenty7Tec.
The co-founder of Mortgage Magic, Tanjir Sugar, told Financial Reporter that a system for advisors that could serve as a centralised digital source for business management, CRM and processing applications was absolutely essential in the current climate, adding:
“This is the most comprehensive and advanced platform on the market and will enable all brokers to compete successfully in a world increasingly dominated by technology.”
Sugar concluded by saying that COVID-19 had actually enabled them to concentrate on fast-tracking the upgrades to their system.
With CeMAP courses and mortgage advising itself now happening online, any tech like this that can make the lives of advisors easier will be a very welcome development.
