Three appointments announced by Hinckley and Rugby

August 26, 2025 by Brendan O'Neill

Hinckley and Rugby for Intermediaries has announced the appointment of three new members of staff, all of whom are set to be employed within the broker assist team.

The three appointees are Kim Dyson, Dawid Jankowski and Nicolle Cross. Dyson is taking up the position of Senior Broker Assist, and she brings plenty of experience. She has been with Hinckley and Rugby for more than half a decade, having begun in the role of mortgage services assistant. Dyson then progressed to the completions department, which is where she has worked for the past year. Her past responsibilities have included process management and customer service.

Her new colleagues in the broker assist department are Jankowski and Cross. Those working in this department collaborate with mortgage advisors on applications. They help them in areas such as clarifying important dates and mortgage criteria. This team also solicits the thoughts of advisors, so it can use them to enhance the system.

The mortgage distribution and sales head at Hinckley and Rugby is Laura Sneddon. She spoke to Mortgage Strategy about the new appointments:

“The broker assist team plays a crucial role in making sure applications progress smoothly and brokers feel supported at every stage. Kim, Nicolle and Dawid each bring a mix of experience and enthusiasm that will strengthen our service further.”

These are just the latest new appointments for the lender, which also recently added to its distribution and sales department.

Mortgage advisors who have done the CeMAP course need this kind of top quality support from lenders.
