Hosts revealed for mortgage awards night

This year’s Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards will take place in the autumn, and the hosts have now been revealed.

James Prosser and Rosalia Lazzara-Tilley will be doing the honours on the night. Prosser is employed by Mortgage Strategy as its commercial director. He also played a leading part in the creation of these awards. During a career that has spanned over a quarter of a century, he has worked on live events, and in the technology and media sectors.

Lazzara-Tilley set up Manuka Media and now serves as its chief executive. She is considered a key figure within the mortgage sector when it comes to growing businesses, marketing them, and developing a memorable brand. She is also the presenter of two podcasts and the writer of a bestselling book.

Both are clearly well-suited to hosting an event that is considered among the most prestigious in the sector. Mortgage Strategy is again teaming up with Black & White Bridging to put the awards event together.

The purpose of the Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards is to celebrate the finest people and work in that part of the lending market. Most of the top figures from the main UK specialist lenders attend it, but so do many mortgage advisors.

The 2026 ceremony is something that everyone working in specialist lending will be awaiting with real eagerness. It takes place in the Belfry Hotel & Resort on 15th September.

A lot of people with the CeMAP mortgage advisor qualification will want to attend this, because specialist lending is a growth area.
