Training platform launched by The Right Mortgage Network

A new platform for providing mortgage advisors with training to help in the development of their careers has been launched by The Right Mortgage and Protection Network.

The hub will provide further training for advisors who are members of this network, and The Right Mortgage Network has stated that it has been created with the changed industry following the pandemic in mind. It has also said that it is aiming to provide training sessions via a flexible, on-demand schedule, so that they will be able to fit them around their existing work commitments.

Among the subjects that will be covered during the training sessions are how to deal with clients in vulnerable circumstances, how to spot potential fraud, how to ensure compliance with industry regulations and how social media can be used to benefit an advisor’s business.

The Training Manager for the network, Aidan McCarthy, said that he was delighted that the Advisor Training Hub was now ready to be made available to its many members.

The Right Mortgage and Protection Network CEO, Martin Wilson, told Financial Reporter that the organisation always aimed to give its members opportunities for professional improvement. He then went on to say that:

“Ongoing training is essential as the financial services industry is so fluid, with constant changes that an advisor must keep up with.”

It is true that after finishing the CeMAP mortgage advisor course necessary to become qualified, continuous professional development is also required, and this hub will help members of the network pursue that.
