Precise Mortgages has announced that it will be introducing a new mobile application targeted at advisors to offer them a number of time-saving functions.
The specialist mortgage lender stated that advisors will be able to get access to those features if they download the app and register an account. The idea is to provide them with up-to-date and accurate data in a single place, to save time when filling out mortgage applications on behalf of their clients.
Among the functions this Precise app offers are push notifications covering changes to criteria, products and ongoing applications, which advisors can tailor to their needs. These notifications will be available for residential loans as well as buy-to-let and bridging ones.
The app will also provide advisors with application timeline and data access, criteria and product search capability and an affordability calculator. Calculations made on the app can be saved here too, so they only have to be carried out once.
Part of the OSB Group, Precise teamed up with tech firm MagiClick on the development of the app. Jon Hall from the former told Financial Reporter:
“This is an immensely proud moment, not just for me but for the multiple teams across OSB Group and MagiClick, our technology partner, who have been working tirelessly over many months.”
This is another example of advisors with the CeMAP mortgage advisor qualification benefiting from the time- and labour-saving potential of technology.
