Bridging Finance Solutions appoints new Business Development Manager

September 22, 2020 by Brendan O'Neill

Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has moved to expand its team for the North West of the country, with the appointment of Damian Davies as its new Business Development Manager for the region.

Davies will bring a wealth of experience within the mortgage sector to this role, having worked as an advisor for both the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and on an independent basis for close to two decades. During his spell with the RBS, he primarily concentrated on securing loans for smaller companies, and won the award for Top Business Relations Manager.

Speaking to Mortgage Introducer after his appointment was officially announced, Davies stated that more than 30 years of varied experience in the property finance sector would be extremely useful to him in his new role. He went on to say that he was excited at the prospect of the challenge, before adding:

“BFS is a brilliant and aspirational firm which retains a boutique, friendly and personal approach, in spite of its ongoing growth, expansion and diversification – I’m really pleased to be making the move.”

BFS Head of Sales, John Hardman, said that the company was sure that Davies was the correct person for the job, due to his years of experience and his grasp of bridging loans and the wider property finance market.

This is evidence that there are career opportunities available within both the residential and business mortgage sector in this part of the country, making it a smart time to take CeMAP classes in the North West.
