Mortgage helpdesk manager appointed by Paradigm

June 22, 2022 by Mark

Paradigm Mortgage Services has announced that a new manager for the mortgage helpdesk is joining the company, with Diane Jones being the woman appointed to the role.

She will be in charge of this helpdesk, which enables mortgage advisors who work for companies that are members of the Paradigm network to get help with both standard and more in-depth enquiry support with complicated cases. Jones has been operating within the mortgage sector for almost a decade, including working on the helpdesk for Sesame Bankhall.

The job that she held immediately prior to switching to Paradigm was as one of Bevan Brittan’s business support team leaders. She will be reporting to Richard Goppy, the director of membership at Paradigm in her new role, as well as collaborating extensively with senior mortgage consultant for the helpdesk Katrina Ostrowski.

Among other services, the helpdesk at Paradigm provides advisors with newsletters covering the mortgage sector, affordability stress testing for the housing market every month and guides and tips for handling cases.

Speaking to Mortgage Solutions, Goppy stated that everyone at Paradigm was delighted that she had agreed to join the company. He then went on to say:

“She joins us with a raft of experience and excellent skills to be able to move our helpdesk offering forward, building on what we already have in place.”

A good standard of communication and support from departments like this one is vital if those advisors with CeMAP training who are members of networks are to be able complete applications efficiently and successfully.
