New head of training appointed by Property Circle

May 18, 2024 by Brendan O'Neill

Property Circle has announced the recruitment of a new head of customer success and training; Andy Tyler will be taking up this position at the company.

The company is described as a platform that enables both estate agents and mortgage advisors to grow their businesses. Tyler will play a key role in supporting both agents and advisors, helping those who have just joined Property Circle find their feet on the platform and get used to how it works. He will also assist them in learning how to maximise the opportunities for boosting their business that it highlights.

Other tasks Tyler will be charged with include putting together and implementing a new system for bringing more estate agents and advisors onto Property Circle. This will enable them to integrate their existing databases, complete with lists of clients, into the platform.

Tyler was previously employed by Reapit, as a trainer and coach for estate agents using its tech platform. He was in that role for more than a decade. The CEO of Property Circle, Marc Randall, told the Financial Reporter that he was delighted by the appointment:

“He combines a deep understanding of the property industry with a solid background in proptech and a specialist in the field of teaching users how to make the best of end to end IT platforms, especially in the estate agency and financial services sectors.”

Many advisors sign up to platforms like this after CeMAP training because of the support on offer.
