New regional development managers appointed by Pepper Money

Pepper Money has announced the recruitment of two further regional development managers, as it seeks to boost its sales team.

One of those appointed by the specialist mortgage lender is Georgina England. She will be the regional development manager for the Midlands, and will be charged with assisting advisors in this part of the country. Before being hired by Pepper Money, she worked for Family Building Society.

England has been employed within the financial services sector for over a decade. Much of that time has been devoted to the mortgage industry, particularly the specialist lending segment of it. Among the positions she has held in the past are that of business development manager at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and Coventry Building Society.

The other new regional development manager is an internal appointment. Tom Gwilliam had been working for Pepper Money as one of its telephone business development managers. Now he has earned a promotion and will serve the North West in his new role.

Gwilliam spoke to Financial Reporter when his appointment was announced. He said that his previous role had provided insight into what advisors need when dealing with complex applications.

He then added:

“I’m excited to take the next step in my career and continue helping advisors across the North West find solutions for customers, backed by Pepper Money’s underwriting and operations teams.”

This is the kind of support that can be really beneficial to advisors after they complete CeMAP classes in the North West. It ensures they have the platform needed to build successful businesses.
