Senior Relationship Manager hired by Paradigm

February 28, 2022 by Mark

Paradigm Mortgage Services has announced that it has recruited a brand-new Senior Relationship Manager, with the role set to be filled by long-standing industry figure Michael Brown.

Brown’s previous position was at Skipton Building Society, where he served as its London-based Business Development Manager. That is not the only mortgage sector experience that he will be bringing to his new role though, as he was also employed by the Mortgage Advice Bureau earlier in his career, as well as the Post Office.

At Paradigm, he will be responsible for building new connections within the South East of England, and for ensuring that existing ones are properly developed.

Richard Goppy, the Director of Membership for the lender, will be in charge of Brown, and he told Mortgage Strategy that the company wanted to recruit an individual who is already known and respected by mortgage advisors. He then went on to say that the extensive experience that Brown has made him the ideal choice to assist member companies based within the South East. In conclusion, Goppy said:

“Plus, he will also support our recruitment strategy in bringing new members to Paradigm.”

Brown himself stated that he was delighted to be joining the lender and excited by the prospect of teaming up with both current and new members in helping them to build their businesses.

Even with the benefit of a CeMAP mortgage advisor course behind them, advisors often still need the backing of the right people within networks to be able to grow their businesses effectively.
