Mortgage Advisors
Glenhawk Group has announced the launch of an incentive scheme for mortgage advisors that is based on the World Cup.
This scheme has been timed alongside the start of the tournament and is all about boosting commissions for advisors. If an application they are working on meets the terms and conditions of the scheme, they have the chance to put another 0.25% on their commission for it. To be eligible, an application must be submitted to Glenhawk Group at any point from the 11th June to the 19th July, and must reach completion before the 30th September.
The lender has indicated it will pay the extra commission to advisors as a supplement to their existing commission band. All of the main Glenhawk product slates are included within the scheme, which means its residential, mixed-use, commercial, refurbishment and regulated mortgages.
Josh Knight is the lender’s sales and marketing manager director. He spoke to Mortgage Strategy about the incentive scheme, stating it was to say thanks to mortgage advisors who have been loyal to Glenhawk Group.
He then went on by saying:
“In a market as competitive as ours, we do not take our brokers’ loyalty lightly, and this procuration fee incentive underlines that.”
In addition to being a generous gesture, the scheme is also intended to motivate advisors during the World Cup period. It seems likely to succeed in this aim.
Opportunities of this kind show the value of taking a CeMAP course and qualifying as a mortgage advisor. It can be both personally and financially rewarding.
