Further record highs for searches reported by Twenty7Tec

July 16, 2022 by Brendan O'Neill

Twenty7Tec is reporting that the number of searches for mortgage loans using its platform hit a new record high in the first week of July, providing it with its busiest week yet.

During that seven-day period up until 6th July, there were 378,210 searches for products carried out by mortgage advisors using Twenty7Tec. That is the highest number the platform has had in a single week since it was launched. Furthermore, the week in question also brought three individual days that were its busiest ever – the 4th, 5th and 6th July.

Out of these three days, it was Tuesday 5th that set the new single day record for the platform. It saw 78,386 searches conducted in total. Overall, it is further evidence that the market for mortgages remains strong, even if the rest of the UK economy is currently struggling.

Twenty7Tec Group Customer Relationships Director Nathan Reilly told Financial Reporter that:

“With the unprecedented number of product changes being made by lenders, it’s encouraging to see advisors utilising technology in order to access accurate and up to date information to support their customers.”

Reilly went on to say that more and more of these advisors are now making use of the Twenty7Tec ‘apply’ feature for applications, as this reduces the amount of data that has to be entered multiple times, helping with efficiency.

From completing a CeMAP mortgage advisor course online to applying tech to their working lives afterwards, advisors are increasingly aware of the labour saving benefits that it can offer.
